Ive been shouting out and Educating about Gaza and the situation in the Occupied territories for over a decade now. In a loss of how to create change and with a sense of hopeless, in 08 I started reaching out here on FB to people throughout the Middle East. I have friends in Iran, Iraq,Kurdistan, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco ... all over... a number who have changed my life, and all who I am grateful for. ~I often think that all Americans should make a random friend from Iran ( the country the US demonizes so much) ~ we all would just find people just like us, kind, caring beautiful people. perhaps we could melt all the propaganda and fear.~ In that... Gaza lead me to Turkey and Istanbul and gave me a place that feels like home deeply in my spirit In that Gaza gave me a family of Kurdish folk who live in my heart as brothers and sisters Now my connection with and Caring for Gaza may be leading me back eastward Gaza seems to be sending me more gifts and another direction that I may need to go. because this gift is hitting my heart in that place that rings beloved and it is beginning to feel like destiny that I shall be unsettling someones poor ol muslim papa :)
