Ive been singing for a longtime. 16 years publicly, but all together at least 22 years. Ive been singing in the church since I was 12 years old and anybody that knows me that grew up in church with me can attest to this. I have played my part whether it was singing behind someone, singing in the choir, leading praise and worship or just being humble enough to say to others for years that I will just serve you and your music ministry. I know what it is like to make sure that you better be at every service that your church has going on because when it comes to the praise and worship team or just singing solo, that you play a very big part in ministry. Ive been there where at times I wanted to do praise and worship and sometimes I didnt, but when I didnt, I changed that real fast because I had a bishop that didnt play the radio. Ive been there when I didnt have a dime in my pocket and knew I had to go out of town and sing but because of my passion for this music, I knew I had to go. I know what is like to sing at church for almost 2 years with no music, with no money and never expect a dime because of the passion I have for ministry. I know what it is like singing in the choir, and being sat down during rehearsal because I was told I could do better than what I was doing. I know what it is like supporting others when you know that they wouldnt support you. I know what it is like trying to get up and minister to somebody else when on the inside you are hurting and bleeding and no one seems to understand what you are battling with. And I know what it feels like to have dreams and prophetic words spoken over your life at a young age wondering will it ever come to pass. I can now see that the things I been through was not to kill me but to make me a stronger person. It brings tears to my eyes to finally see some of the promises come to pass. My thing is this, if you dont know a persons whole story, never try to sit back and analyze that person, but if your interested to know, ask them a little bit of their history and I guarantee that will change your mind real quick. I truly thank everyone that believed in me and prayed for me over the years and to those that havent known me for a long time but pray for me, I thank God for you too. I love everyone........
