Ive been thinking about this for a while now, with the sheer availability of reproduction parts (good stuff to boot!), sites like ebay, Craigslist, etc. and Facebook to network fellow enthusiasts together...we really are in the golden age of vintage motorcycles. ...Want to look for H2 cylinders in your boxers at 2 a.m.? ....Check on a seat cover in Europe while looking at a build halfway across the world at the same time? ....Need to reach out and look for advice local and abroad? ...All of these are not a problem...and not something that could have been done twenty years ago by the masses. And the number of reproduction parts and the quality is mind boggling (Doremi, PMC, etc.)...Im sorry for the rant, but it kind of hit me, wow...old bikes are in in a big way.
