Ive been thinking again. Reading through comment threads online and Ive been seeing something that I think is lazy thinking. People like to label things, its like it gives them authority. People are quick to label and slow to define. Instead of describing in detail why some persons opinion or actions exhibit some quality. It is easier to apply to them a label that defines that quality without actually having to flush out how or why that persons actions of options fit that definition. Ex. Person X said something that I think is _______, therefore that person is a _______ and this is why... Is shortened to That person is _______. Rabble rabble rabble... Ive been thinking that this may be improved if people were more willing to use E-Prime. It can sound odd at first but it would be very beneficial to society imo.
