Ive been to numerous prisons and our ministry serves 800 men and women a year coming out of prison. I love these guys. We endeavor to treat them with dignity in spite of anything in their past. Every usher in our church is a felon, by design. Im fully aware that many of them have issues and arent the gentlest bunch. Some of them have put their lives together and are blessing others. However many of them have stolen from us, lied about us, cussed us out, and returned to their former life. I appreciate the prison guards and law enforcement. Its a dangerous job to protect the population from the most dangerous among us. Most of them are great people. Yet, there is no excuse to treat a prisoner the way it is portrayed in these videos.
