Ive been told by yet another industry source that if all the people who bought Dirt On My Tongue bought my second album (still to be written!) in the first week of its release, Id be a top twenty, possibly, even a top ten selling artist. Were not talking blues chart, or iTunes chart but ACTUAL album chart. I find this staggering on two counts - firstly how relatively few records are sold these days and secondly, what an amazing word of mouth supporter base I got. To achieve that with zero spend - when chart acts typically spend several hundred thousands on publicity - is staggering. You guys are amazing! Lets form a plan for the second album to achieve the above!. And yes I am looking at (some) investment too. Be crazy not to.
