Ive been told that signing up for fmla is that only way my company will allow me to take more that 3 bathroom break in an month. also that fmla will also help if im tardy to work. im no rocket surgeon, but how does fmla cover tardies and bathroom visits. I believe that company wants proof i have a medical condition (crohns) but arent allowed to ask directly, because that could be discrimination, but isnt forcing someone to sign up for a fmla or lose your job also discrimination. im sorry you lost your eye but if you sign up for the ugly face act than you can walk around freely.
