Ive been trying to get to the bottom of why my broadband keeps dropping out. BT were able to tell me that it had dropped out 42 times in the last 4 days. Technology tends to baffle me but I find it pretty impressive that they can do that. However, I also find it somewhat disconcerting and Big Brotherish. It also means they must know the dodgy sites I go on. Oops, I think I said that last bit out loud :-)
