Ive been using a weblink to convert my Poland-born grandmas birth and death dates into the Lunar calendar which is used for formal commemoration purposes. So, the Yahrzeit for her death (24th November 1994) this year is going to be Shabbat, 13th December, and the 104th anniversary of her birth (3rd February 1911) falls on 25th January 2015.
