Ive been waiting for this post!! Let me start off by saying F#@K You Greener! Since that seemed to be theme of my entire prep. When i decided to seek out a new coach, i wanted to make the right decision. I worked with my last coach for 5yrs and he brought my physique to levels i could never imagine. So it was important that I fined the right coach. All roads led to Jason Green. This guy pushed me so hard past my limits and made me do things in the gym that totally took me out of my comfort zone. It was intense, it was hard and there were numerous trips to the garbage can (Hence the F U Greener). But I trusted him and did everything he said without question. The results speak for themselves. The last time I was on stage was this past June. The progress Ive made in the short period since then is unbelievable and it brought me to a championship in Windsor. I cant thank you enough Greener. I know Ive made the right decision. Im so pumped for the offseason to start makin dem gains! Next year well bring an even better package to the stage. Thank you to the amazing support of the entire TG Team. You guys are amazing with all your posts and your support.
