Ive been walking through our neighborhoods talking with folks about what they see for the future of our community and our state. A couple themes have already come to light including the need for quality, results-oriented education for our kids. For many constituents, responsible government spending is a key topic. For others, oil tax reform and the need to build a strong economy for future generations of Alaskan is top of mind. How about you? Whats on your mind? Oh, and of course, many are curious how to say my last name. Think of it as Fun-yawn-ee. Others say it as FUN-Yani. The g is silent but i pledge to be a strong voice for you!
