Ive been way too busy this month with work, unpacking the boxes from our move, cooking healthy meals for my family (the old-fashion style - where my soup takes hours to make) and just trying to stay connected. The thing is, when I get too busy, I feel disconnected - from Matthew, kids, nature, God - even if I am standing right there, or doing things with them. (Its the good old Mary vs Martha story.) When this happens (and I catch myself), I pause, take a deep breath and turn the switch back on.
