Ive been with Sprint for over 13 years and the past two years have been just horrible. Ive been given misinformation every time I call in and talk with someone. I just called in again twice today, trying to figure out what is going on and why my phone is dropping calls, not getting service in so many areas, and breaking up constantly. Of course during my calls we got disconnected twice. On both occasions the customer service reps did not call me back. Im just left to go through the process of explaining the situation over again to a new person who then tells me a different story. My biggest concern is that I was told back in late 2012, prior to signing a new contract and getting the new iPhone 5, that the LTE would be available throughout my area and would rival Verizon Wirelesss service. They promised me it would be done by 12/2012. That never happened of course and my service has continued to decline ever since. Particularly it has gotten really bad since they started another upgrade in my area that was supposedly supposed to be completed already. (Eagan/St. Paul, MN) Ive tried to talk with them on numerous occasions but they offer me no good information or solutions. Im told to just deal with it and they will analyze their data in the meantime. I tried to be understanding and patient but I run two businesses and need to have a reliable option of communication. I cannot continue to listen to more stories that never pan out. Im going to be paying the early disconnect from my contract even though I shouldnt have to, but its worth it so I dont have to waste time with more inconvenience, drops calls, choppy calls, and all the misinformation, etc. Ill be heading over to Verizon today and switching.
