Ive been working/teaching/coaching a few people in Marathon, Triathlon and bodybuilding training the last few month and will be continuing with it for a long time I keep getting more of them and am loving doing it Training on the elite level with these people is not hard for me anymore I rather enjoy the challenge Im learning so much and the fact that Ive experienced all this on my self for the past 15 yrs makes it easy to apply One of the first things I always teach is. Less is more, and that applys across a huge range of areas from:- Mentality/Mentally, Nutritionally, Spiritually, Emotionally, Energetically, Physically, Thought, Feeling, Sleep, Recovery and the list goes on But trying to teach them that,,, less is more,,,, on all these levels and retraining the way they training in the gym, pool, bike, run ect Is hard for them to get there head around Ive been in contact with them almost daily and there so far ahead of all the competitors now, and train less The science is out there, and when you have applied it and trained in it. Its so easy to know what to do on a very advanced level There Training less, Recovering better, Sleeping better, feeling alert and not mentally drained This could go on for pages so Ill keep it short If you remember that less is more across the board, do it smart then the body should fall in to place=harmony Listening to your body Educate Dominate To Achieve
