Ive changed my mind on a lot so far as the best way to get and stay lean... here are my top 3: 1. One hour machine cardio is a good thing. 2. Diet soft drink and low-carb protein bars are a slim bod savior. 3. Six smaller meals a day are the bomb. What old habits are you hanging on to that are not serving your body composition goals? => Hot chips save you from a hang-over? => Its not worth training if youve got less than 1/2 an hour to spare? => Tofu is a good lean protein? => Egg yolks are bad?
