Ive completed almost 3 hours of cardio in the last two days: 28.4 miles on my bike and 3.1 miles on the treadmill. Since February 12, Ive biked 61.2 miles, run 24.3 miles, hiked 15 miles and rowed 5000 meters. I feel great! Its time to sit down and work out a complete and consistent fitness plan. I havent really started any strength training. Im also seriously mulling over signing up for Eugene Marathon (July). My intention with sharing this update is that putting this all out there will keep me accountable. I welcome any feedback, advice and support. I also would like to say that if you want to go for run, bike, or hike or go work out at Athletic Edge, Id enjoy some company. Oh, and my WII says Ive lost another 2 lbs. :D #healthyliving
