Ive dealt with things like this from the day i started my business, partners not understanding the difference between business and personal, including their emotions in what should be a business decisions. People expecting me to give them special benefits because were cool / friends co- workers & partners that lose focus due to things that are not productive & non business related like gossip and relationships. People that attempt to get close to me thru my business with no intention on actually doing business, just around for the sake of trying to make friends or to be apart of something just to seen. People who forget what they are there to do because they see what other people are doing and feel like they arent important enough. All the while these people expect me to thrust them to the forefront of my business as if they caused some kinda renaissance for the company.. Then all of a sudden, the same focus and drive that attracted them to you is what pushes them away because you are not focused and driven TOWARDS THEM ! Bottom line, I know now not to expect people with no vision to see the big picture !
