Ive decided that Wednesday evening, interval walking/running up the TRAM HILL. Meeting at the Tram Station (at the base of the hill) at 6:30pm- will be doing this for one hour. This is what it will look like...... walking up from point A for 10 minutes followed by 10 x 20 second sprints from that point up....then two long 30 second sprints following that. There are one minute resting periods between each sprint no matter if its 20 seconds or 30 seconds... then we will gently walk back down the hill and go home, knowing that we will forever be able to say, I did the TRAM HILL!! Whos with me? Ill be doing this WITH or WITHOUT you....but I prefer doing this WITH. I need people to join me on my journey to make this OUR JOURNEY! Wednesday evening at 6:30pm - bring a bottle of water and that positive attitude that I see so many of you having. Remember also that people who are success driven will give reasons WHY they can be there and people who seem to not be quite so successful give reasons WHY THEY CANNOT.
