Ive done a lot of reading on Women Studies, and issues that women face in society, and Ive worked in numerous womens shelters, and counselled women who are victims of crime or criminals or victims of cycles of abuse, victims of society, street workers, etc. Anyhow, based on all my readings, and papers I have written I would and have said to many women of notoriety on this subject that if we continue to keep ourselves in a victim frame of mind and completely blame society we will never meet our goal of a true feminist. You can only become a true feminist or a real woman when youve owned up to your 50% of your claim to any incident, because a strong independent self motivating, and mentor of all women cannot identify with being a victim until she steps out and realizes she is not a victim, but owns 50 % of her own reality, and what she subjects herself to. I will stand by this until the end of time. Everything that has ever happened to me, I know Im completely 50% responsible for once I stepped out of being a victim. This is the difference between myself and hundreds of feminists. Im tired of hearing that all male dominating societal subjection are completely at fault here, when its not the truth. Its only the truth when youve chosen to accept it as a victim, but the goal here is to make your own choices, and suck it the hell up.
