Ive done it (and kept my boobs in the same proportion yet). I believe that most people I know can also drop into better shape. Not preaching, but it requires only adjustments, nothing drastic. 31 minutes 4 days a week of exercise will help along with portion control and food choices. Once you are there, you can drop some of alterations and exercise for maintenance purposes. Not everyone is going to drop 40 in 100 days like I did (1.5 hours per day of exercise, but only minor food adjustments and apple cider vinegar) but if you drop 10, or 5, then bravo. If you try, then bravo. If you end up looking like this or close, then bravo. Unless youre a guy, of course.
