Ive done parts but never the whole Wainwright walk. My problem is, I dont like passing through a place that looks interesting. So my walking is mostly staying a week or more in one area and walking a different route everyday, stopping to look in every church or old building that I can, with a pause at appropriate pubs/tea rooms, museums, (churches are GREAT places to buy lunch, they are fundraising, the food is home cooked, the prices are affordable, and I feel like it supports the REAL locals.
