Ive fallen and I °CAN° get up blog entry #2. On the floor of a sturdy, old, red, cow-milking barn,...covered in decades of cow DNA-there I sat afraid, alone,in pain-not just a sinner but a very injured smelly one! Why me, I admit I wondered in my fright?! I hung up on the #911 operator because I needed Jesus. I thought I was going to die so aloud I prayed my sins away until being interrupted by #911 calling back. I apologized and she stuck with me on the phone until help arrived. I am here to testify-this Jesus I speak about is real. Ive hung up on Him before, Ive sinned and fallen short (no pun intended) and still He sticks with me. Today I am grateful for being chosen not just to get hurt...but for being Chosen by Him. Being chosen to get hurt gave me some still, honest time alone and raw with Him in the barn as I suffered. And as for pain...JESUS WAS CRUCIFIED!! Who am I not to endure a little owie? Glory Morning! He is Risen and You are worthy of being saved! Dont know how? Just ask. Just confess. Life gets worth it on a level beyond....Happy Easter!
