Ive got a nice little, paid-off house in a deteriorating neighborhood.... Its not unsafe, its just got too many rentals and looks like hell. When I moved in here twenty-five years ago, it was a beautiful little modest neighborhood....but then the rentals started. I heartily dislike rental landlords; they are people who usually inherited the house, dont care about it or the neighborhood, or even their community. I also heartily dislike the cheap politicians who pandered to the over-developers and made this deterioration possible.... But, regardless, it is what it is....and Im not sure what to do, but I think the solution is to sell our soul, rent out our beloved little house, and try and find another sweet place in a more promising location...... a condominium maybe, or even an over 55 park. Or maybe even a motorhome, which we could use to travel forever! Thanks for listening! ^_^
