Ive got a noise coming from the hydro on my 782. Listen at 0:19 for a clear but brief snippet of the offending noise, sounds a bit like a grinding needle bearing. I cant imagine the wobbly shaft is helping one little bit! All the shift linkage seems to be in adjustment and tight, and the unit is full of oil. Thoughts? If it is an input needle bearing, is it worth trying to repair, or just get an axle from one of the zillion rollers with failed motors? Thoughts? youtu.be/icOSVNc3fd8
