Ive got some new horizons on the way -- thrilled and honored and happy about them all. But to make room for new, some of the old, beloved have had to say so long...which is my way of saying Im not going to be at Palm Springs International Film Festival & ShortFest this year -- the first time in 10 years I wont be surrounded by 600 of my favorite new filmmakers from 80 countries around the globe!! While my heart is deeply sad at the thought of missing my team, my filmmakers, my industry friends who made the trek each year, I know for certain that ShortFest will stand proud as the amazing event it has always been. VIVA la SHORT!!
