Ive got some questions recently about the type of training I do in the gym. I usually write out my own workouts with help and guidance from Stephen Harold Elite Fitness but he had a cancellation tonight and was able to take me through a PT session, woohoo So I made this short video clip today to show you the type of training I complete! He is the session on paper Before I start my workout I usually foam roll followed by mobility exercises and lastly some activation exercises A1 - Trap bar deadlift 4sets 10reps A2 - Prowler sprints 4sets 30sec 1min rest A3 - Bench press 4sets 10reps A4 - Battling rope 4sets 30sec 1min rest A5 - Chin up 4sets 5reps A6 - Sled pulls 4sets 30sec 1min rest (Repeat) B1 - Lateral crawls 3sets 10reps each side B2 - Plank 3 sets 40sec 45sec rest (Repeat) Let me know what you think! x
