Ive had a couple people ask questions about our class so I figured Id answer them all at once. You do not have to attend Faith Community Church to attend our class. This class is open to anyone. Speaking of anyone, men, women, children (at parents discretion) are welcome! Dress comfortably, wear a good tennis shoe. I recommend a cross trainer with a fairly smooth bottom. You are on carpet and gritty tread could grip and cause you to trip. Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work. Small hand weights are good to have. We have some, but they go fast! Dont forget your water! We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00PM and some Saturdays at 8:00AM. Hopefully that answered all of the questions!
