Ive had a few friends and family ask me about the Herbalife product that I drink so I just wanted to share a little info on it... it costs around $3.56 a meal, you substitute two meals per day and then eat a healthy meal also so your taking two protein shakes and one healthy meal per day while also eating healthy snacks in between each meal. You also incorporate the energy tea and aloe through out your day!! The tea burns 80 calories!! The aloe helps your digestive system and soothes your stomach. I hope this helps a little when it comes to choosing the best product for a healthy lifestyle!!
