Ive had a few people ask what I PASSED... For those who dont know Ive been in training for the past few weeks to become a blackjack dealer! Today was my audition. I was nervous going in. The had us wait in a room and then called us a few at a time to go in and audition. By the time I went in I was shaking like a leaf. I did well on most things but for some reason could barely count cards. I made a few other mistakes as well. My auditioner was very kind and gave me a chance to correct my mistakes. But by the time it was over I thought I had failed! I went into the other waiting room feeling defeated. Once I was called into the office to find out my fate, I was on pins and needles. But luckily the auditioner had only kind words to say about me and even complimented me on the speed of my delivery of cards. He did say I needed to practice counting cards though. Lol. I was so nervous I could barely add 2+2. So long story short I PASSED! Couldnt be more excited to start this new journey and create a good life for me and my kids! Thank you to everyone who has been supporting me through everything! And thanks for all the congrats and well wishes!
