Ive had a handful of powerlifting injuries this year. My right arm - TopicsExpress

Ive had a handful of powerlifting injuries this year. My right arm golfers elbow (medial tendonitis/bursitis) is still present but improving. Intercostal muscle injury is completely eradicated. Now I have Patellofemoral Syndrome in my left knee. Crazy. Its not too painful but its present. I had the opportunity to talk with a powerlifter and personal trainer at USA gym whos gone through many of the same injuries I have. He had physical therapy for patellofemoral and has graciously shared with me some targeted physical therapy for it. 3 (sets) x 30s (reps) of terminal knee extensions (knee bends); front, side, and reverse leg raises; and a unique side leg raise using lower leg as lift. Time for more at home physical therapy. So grateful for him freely sharing.
