Ive had a very busy weekend on the campaign trail! On Friday night I watched the Wasilla Warriors handily beat the North Pole Patriots. On Saturday night, I joined Ryan Ray at the Set Free fundraising event recognizing the important work the organization does, helping Alaskans escape the chains of substance abuse and addiction. This morning, I joined Gov. Parnell and a number of other candidates at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for their candidate Sunday. This campaign has shown me many amazing Alaskans that are working tirelessly to improve the lives of their friends and neighbors. It has also shown me that as a legislator, I have to do my part by helping these groups and organizations find the resources they need to continue their important work!
