Ive had an absolute BLAST today looking at all the WONDERFUL Mother- Son/Daughter pics on FB!. So many wonderful memories came flashing back. I hope that each of you whos mothers are still living, called them today to wish them a Happy Mothers Day. Its so easy to dismiss the love and feelings sometimes, when we should give them a hug, a smile or a kiss..... and never know how special theses little opportunities( of a one day event) can mean so much to them,,,,, until theyve gone to heaven and you CANT do those simple acts of kindness and appreciation. I find it very hard to believe that ANY mother could have done something so horrible, that you couldnt show enough respect to call and thank them just one day a year, for giving you life and bringing you into this world. If you didnt call her... shame on you... if you did be sure and cherish the wonderful smile she got when she heard your voice or felt your embrace.......For one day you will truly miss it! Happy Mothers day to all the wonderful FB moms and a BIG hug in heaven to you Mother! Scottie I love and miss you SO MUCH!
