Ive had an amazing year on the bike. The highlight was the AIDS\LifeCycle 7-day, 545 mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It brings tears to my eyes when I think of just how far Ive come in such an incredibly short amount of time. My testimony.....a year ago, I purchased a bike. Having not ridden a bike in any significant way in over 30 years, I was doubtful if I could really finish the ride. But, look at GOD. With faith, hard work, an amazing coach (Liza) I was able to not only finish the ride, but I also developed a love of riding and its opened my eyes to chasing some other dreams. In 2014, I managed to ride almost 3,500 miles. That pretty much covers the distance from my home state New Jersey to my current home in California. Not bad for a newbie cyclist! Ive made some awesome friends and Ive inspired quite a few others. That alone is such an honor and so humbling. But wait....the story doesnt end here.
