Ive had an awful experience buying a horse and having additional training put on her by Tania Nantais, Nathan Morton (nathanmortonreininghorses) selling through Broadway Farm. I am absolutely heartbroken as we went beyond our budget to buy this mare who is lame. I have lots of proof and statements from the transporter that picked up the lame mare, my vet, farrier and my trainer and plan to pursue legal action but thought I could help someone else avoid having this heartbreak or lengthy legal battle. I would be happy to share any details through pm. :-( and not clutter up the public forum. I live in Alaska and completely feel they took advantage of the distance. I havent even met the mare yet and she is currently unrideable and will be for some time. Ive been patient, trusting that they were reputable people and would make this right but they have not done so and have been uncommunicative as of late and I cant be silent any longer (its been weeks and I have not said anything public allowing time for them to make this right). Thank you for your time I sure wish someone would have warned me so I am trying to help others. I dont know if this is how they normally do business as I can only speak for my one extremely negative, costly and heart breaking experience but hopefully it will allow others to at least proceed with caution.
