Ive had my Mac PC for a few years now. I still prefer my old computer but I invested in a Mac because someone told me they were safe from viruses etc... Last night I was alerted that my Security was at major risk. So I call Apple. Somehow my Firewall was turned off. Had to pay $200 to computerfix to be secure again or something - I totally dont get this stuff but I paid it cause I got nervous. The whole time wondering if I was being scammed. Anyone ever have an experience like this?
