Ive had my share of bumps in the road these last few months, and Im sure many of you can relate. Whether its a medical diagnosis, surgery (and the aftermath), job stress, a PCS, or something else, remember that God sees it all, even when you do your best to keep your struggles to yourself. He sees you, just like He saw me crying alone in the parking lot of the grocery store. He sees when we grit our teeth to keep fear and frustration from poisoning our words to our children. He even sees us when we cant see a thing, when were so in the dark we cannot see our own hands in front of our faces. But remember this: at the same time He cries with us out of His great compassion, He sees something else, something larger, something greater. This week we celebrate the fact that Jesus conquered death--both His own, and yours, and mine! Nothing is too big for Him to handle. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge (Psalm 62:8). ~Jocelyn
