Ive had my writers hat on most of the week, incorporating the information gained in recent interviews with Sandra Washington, Ginny Berson, Dianne Davidson, Boo Price and Alix Dobkin into my book about womens music. Each interview takes 2-6 hours, from research to transcription. Ive got 80 people on my interview list. Something tells me I may not get to everyone. :) Fortunately, Ive got some great written resources and the Internet. Whose idea was it to write this book? Oh yeah ... mine.
