Ive had some questions about the use of tallow. We use Tasmanian grassfed Tassie Tallow for frying and roasting. You could also use it for deep frying if thats your thing. In fact I believe that certain fast food outlets used to use Tallow for cooking their fries in until they were convinced to use other polyunsaturated vegetable oils.
