Ive had the best birthday this year! Thank-you to everyone that helped make my day(s) special ;D An amazing day at work, complete with a surprise party and even patients singing to me. An awesome night at the comedy club with Jessica, with a very yummy dinner. Friday spent sleeping in, then heading down to mums for a family night in. Swimming in the now-heated pool, fish and chips, movies and cranium - Kodie s free range chicken charade and russel brand impersonations still make me giggle. Saturday morning was breakfast as a family, followed by leaving the dogs with their grandparents while we left to check in down the gold coast. Saturday night was tepanyaki. Wow. It was just awesome - it lived up to my high expectations of it! Dad has some videos up if anyone wants to see. After dinner we split up so people could go home, a group of us decided to go out clubbing - it didnt even last an hour before we decided we are all over that scene. So instead I curled up in bed while B-e ran away to the casino, only to also return shortly after. Sunday breakfast was yummy waffles and pancakes, then a walk on the beach to partially digest so we didnt fall in to a food coma. Stopped by king tutts putt putt on the way home, somehow managed to draw on both games. Reunited with our puppies and headed home to relax before we have to return to work So as you can tell, it was a packed weekend but I wouldnt change a thing. And a special mention to Kristin who couldnt be here in person, but was definitely here in heart.. and skype. Youll make it up to me on the currumbin high ropes course :p And Stubberfield - I see how it is :(
