Ive had the flu since Ive come back from The Millionaire Mind Intensive, and its difficult to still keep the momentum when you have a pile of work on your desk, chores when you come home and missing gym workouts and feeling under the weather.... BUT I did stick to my meal plan 100% so finally saw movement on the scale today. As a result of being on the course I was more aware of everything happening to me. I witnessed my conditioned mind getting sucked into drama and thoughts connecting me to past. These cheap tricks our mind plays on us, to keep us there, because it is trying to protect us. If only it could see the great things I have in store for us! So when I caught my mind wandering or getting sucked into old patterns, I stopped and asked myself.... Do I want to be RIGHT or do I want to be RICH?
