Ive had the pleasure of meeting Judge Jan Jurdan, and she has a stellar reputation, genuine concern for Delawareans and is known for her fairness and understanding. If were going to be the jury in deciding how this case turned out, perhaps we should have first have sat in the jury box, heard the details and saw what evidence they had or didnt have. Like most, I dont know those details personally, but I do know her ethics. As we know, evidence and legalities make it difficult to get people into the judicial system as swiftly or in the manner that the public may like to see it happen. (Please, no comments on not defending children here, because as you all know, I am always, first and foremost, an advocate for children.)
