Ive had to resort to public embarrassment of the STAYZ website providers to get some action - who knows it MIGHT even evoke a response from them - I posted the following on their Facebook page. I reckon there just MIGHT be a problem when Ive been identified as FRAUD THREAT on my OWN email account!! Its too sad to be funny, but it IS TRUE!! I just sent a copy of my OWN email replying to a guest enquiry, to my other email account. The email was identified as a potential FRAUD THREAT by the email service Outlook! This message was printed across the top of the email: (copy) Re: Your booking request for Forster Holidays - Forster Forster Holidays ([email protected]) 1:15 PM To: ########@live.au Picture of Forster Holidays From: Forster Holidays ([email protected]) Sent: Sunday, 9 March 2014 1:15:02 PM To: Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks. Well done STAYZ, not only have failed to provide the security of a https: connection to your website for MORE THAN A YEAR, youve now ALSO managed to get yourselves identified as a FRAUD THREAT. Ive decided to take this extraordinary step to publicise your ineptitude due to the fact that you IGNORED my 20 ODD COMPLAINTS through your on-line feedback system within the STAYZ website over the last 1.5 years.
