Ive heard mixed reviews of the new periphery tracks. So far Im not entirely blown away by anything Ive heard from the new record, however, I wouldnt go so far to say its awful. It just seems to be missing the spark of their previous efforts. This being a double record, and a concept on top of it, I fear more was bit off than what could be chewed. But I still look forward to reviewing this release. Hopefully the full album will make sense of what Ive heard so far.
