Ive just been notified that I have access to some two night stays with 1/2 day canoe rental (for one canoe) at the K River Campground and Cabins in Moyer, Oklahoma. K River is family friendly campground on 36 acres of heaven in the heart of the Kiamichi Mountains of southeast Oklahoma. In addition to a half-mile of frontage on the beautiful Kiamichi River, the facility is surrounded by forests, lakes, rocks and lots of natural beauty. Canoe, kayak, camp, fish, swim, pan for gold or go birding. They offer RV pads, cabins and tent sites. These cabins are back to basic accommodations. (Think large barn storage buildings which have been remodeled and retro-fitted to sleep up to six people. There are two cabins: Cabin 1 Three queen air beds in loft one full size innerspring futon on the floor level toilet & hot water shower heat & air conditioning coffee maker & microwave mini kitchen w/sink & fridge access ramp & small deck lighted outside eating area near the fishing pond TV for movies only some furnishings Cabin 2 Two queen air beds in loft one full size innerspring futon on the floor level toilet & hot water shower heat & air conditioning coffee maker & microwave mini kitchen w/sink & fridge small deck good outdoor privacy & shade lighted outside eating area TV for movies only some furnishings The two night package in either cabin with the 1/2 day canoe rental is a $215 value.
