Ive just been told we have to attack (kill, eviscerate, wipe out) ISIS while they are still small. Those who dont learn from history are condemned to make everyones lives miserable by repeating history. When Bush started two unfunded wars, one with a country that was no threat to us, Al Qaedas forces were small. They had been marginalized by the Arab nations and chased out of everywhere theyd been and chased into the mountains (god forsaken mountains) of Afghanistan. The most interesting thing is this story: After 9-11 there were less than 50 members of Al Qaeda (around 30, actually). After we attacked, instead of wiping them out, we bolstered their numbers. They became so big, ISIS split off from them. So, if you think we can wipe out ISIS by attacking them, youve learned nothing. History shows: Attacking the terrorists, builds their numbers and gives them strength, especially because of the collateral damage and the fact that we are the Great Satan. There is a BBC documentary that has never played in the US. It WAS on YouTube, but not anymore.
