That is insane, live stock and their by-products count for 51% of all world wide greenhouse emissions, all transport around the world makes up 13% of greenhouse emissions these are crazy numbers! how is this not spoken about? it could be time to attempt vegan life :/ youre told to conserve water, have short showers, not drive cars as often etc meanwhile it takes almost 10,000 litres of water to produce 1 pound of beef (thats the equivalent of 2 months of showers!) and live stock produces 65% of the worlds nitrous oxide a greenhouse gas 296x more destructive then carbon dioxide, I can not believe this but you cant argue with facts.
