Ive just read a post elsewhere on facebook where a chap has imported a s works carbon frame from China and is excited about his new bike. I couldnt keep my mouth shut... Im amazed people are so casual with faked frames. Importing this frame is a crime, its a trademark theft, same as ripped off Levis. And who do you turn to if it does fail and you get hurt? Did they show you the CE testing results, you know the safety test that is a legal requirement, that protects the public from dangerous good. Please dont take it personally... But I am amazed how casual folk are about this. As a bike shopkeeper if I imported these I could face criminal charges.
