Ive just spent a fruitless (but no doubt costly) half an hour on the telephone trying to speak to somebody at Vodafone - not to mention trying to find some way to contact via the website. All I want is a simple answer to a simple question. Can anybody help me to contact an actual person at Vodafone or do I have to use a mediums service? Vodafone seem to be pushing their products but not customer service. Im not a customer; do not have an account number nor do I have a mobile number that they can recognise. Dont they realise that they are really putting me off using their service. WAKE UP VODAFONE.
