Here is my description of my proposed talk: A lot of Free-Staters and other libertarian activists deliberately seek out public confrontation with public officials and police as a way of protesting their objection to government restrictions and rights violations. This has often resulted in the harassment, arrest, trial, and sometimes physical injury to the protestor. While this might be noble, is it an effective long-term strategy? Agorism takes a different approach, which is sidestepping government and engineering resilient enterprises and markets invisible to the State -- disobedience and non-compliance but without the counter-productive taunting of officials that causes self-revealing and often damaging statist reaction. This discussion of the Agorist alternative will be led by one of the original founders of the Agorist movement, J. Neil Schulman, who worked side-by-side with Samuel Edward Konkin III in filling out the strategy and tactics of Agorist revolutionary resistance, and who is author of Alongside Night, the first novel to portray Agorist strategy in action, and screenwriter/producer/director of the new feature action-thriller, Alongside Night, which is the first motion picture to do so as well.
