Ive kept quiet on all these protests as I feel for the family with the Supreme Court not moving forward with an indictment and trial, however, some things of note: 1. We do not know what all evidence, interviews, etc. they were presented and reviewed nor do we know all of their guidelines on how they reached that decision. 2. Those morons that are using what are supposed to be peaceful protests to damage properties, blocking aid cars from getting through, looting, etc., have totally taken away from what the family had requested in that to use this as a reason to start communications between law enforcement and communities to start addressing the gaps and find a better resolution. 3. If they saw the scared faces of the kids in the choir, performing at the tree lighting tonight, why did they not turn around and leave? To me that is not a peaceful protest if you are scarring kids and getting off on it as well as knocking people down or shoving them out of the way so hard they fall. The way these groups are approaching this has gotten out of hand and distracting away from what course of action should happen, finding a way to offer better training to law enforcement, making manufacturers of toy guns, pellet guns, etc. to not look so realistic that you can determine if its real or not, and then working towards bridging the communications and gaps between communities and law enforcement.
